Please join us for webinar presentation with Julie (Ackerman) Anderson presenting her new book The Golden Age of Hollywood Through the Lens of Joe Ackerman.

Julie’s father Joe Ackerman moved to Los Angeles in the 1940’s and started collecting autographs and celebrity photos that he took himself over several decades amassing a huge collection. For the past 10 years, the collection has resided at the Hollywood Museum and is considered one of the greatest autograph collections in the world.

Julie will tell the story about her father and share images from his collection including several never before published black and white pictures of the stars. The book The Golden Age of Hollywood Through the Lens of Joe Ackerman was a 15 year project starting as a collaboration between Julie and her mother Marian Ackerman after Joe’s passing. This is a rare look into the Golden Age of Hollywood through Joe’s camera lens.  For more information on the book project, please visit: www.joeackermanshollywood.com

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. The webinar will also be recorded and published on our website and Facebook page.
